Update: It seems that Cricket has restored service to its customers. A Cricket spokesperson contacted us with the following statement:
“Service has been fully restored for Cricket customers. Technicians worked around the clock to resolve the issue and service is currently running normally. We apologize for this inconvenience.”

Aside from its acknowledgement, Cricket has said little about the outage. We’ll be sure to let you know if things change.
