Lenovo unveiled the Moto G4 Plus in India last week, offering two variants: A base model with 2GB of RAM and 16GB storage for ₹13,499; and a version with 3GB of RAM and 32GB storage for ₹14,999. One of our readers purchased a 3GB RAM/32GB storage variant from Amazon India, only to receive a unit with 2GB of available RAM and 32GB internal storage.
This could be a one-off case, but we’ve reached out to Lenovo for comment, and will update once we hear back. In the meantime, we suggest you check if you’ve got the quoted RAM on your phone by heading into settings or downloading a hardware information utility like AIDA64.
