Fulleventlogview is a free portable program by Nirsoft that displays all events from the Windows event log, event log files, or events on a remote computer.
The portable program loads all events from the local computer by default. The process may take a while depending on how events are logged on the system.
If you have not touched events, you will notice that it takes a couple of seconds to load as thousands of entries get loaded on first start.
Events are listed in the usual table layout that is a trademark of nearly any Nirsoft application out there for Windows.

Data that is displayed includes the event time and ID, the channel and provider, the level, description, and technical information such as opcode, keywords or task.
Detailed information about the selected event are displayed in the lower half of the interface. Basically, what is displayed there is the description which is often too long to be displayed properly in the description field of the table.
The information displayed in the lower pane can be changed with a click on Options > Lower Pane Display Mode. Next to displaying the description, you may display Event XML or event data plus the description there.
You may click on any header to sort the data accordingly. This can be useful to sort the data by level so that you can quickly look up events rated as critical, error or warning for instance.
Another interesting option is the ability to only display certain event levels. Click on Options > Advanced Options to get started.
There you find all event levels listed, and options to deselect event levels that you are not interested in.
Other options provided there are to show only events of a certain time range, or only events that match event IDs, providers, or channels.
FullEventLogView ships with built-in search functionality. Simply use Ctrl-F to open the search interface to make use of it.
The File menu lists an option to load events from another data source. This allows you to load event files or events from a remote computer.
The program supports the usual Nirsoft options to export selected information to XML, CSV or plain text files, or to generate HTML reports.
