OnePlus 2 Mini

It looks like OnePlus is getting ready to launch a beefier variant of the OnePlus X. A device with model number One E1000 has been certified by China’s TENAA, giving us a look at the possible hardware on offer.

According to the certification, the phone will feature a 4.99-inch Full HD display, Snapdragon 810 SoC clocked at 2GHz, 3GB of RAM, 16GB internal memory, microSD slot, 13MP camera, 8MP front shooter, and LTE connectivity. Essentially, the device is identical to the OnePlus X, albeit with the Snapdragon 810.

However, a GFXBench leak from earlier this month suggested that the phone will feature a 4.6-inch FHD screen, 4GB of RAM, 12MP camera and 64GB internal memory. It will certainly be interesting to see a more powerful variant of the OnePlus X, but as of now there’s no concrete information regarding the phone. We’ll let you know if we hear more.

Update: Tweaked the title to reflect that the device is likely to be an upgraded variant of the OnePlus X.
