Google has introduced more detailed results for media-related searches in Google Search on Android. When searching for recording artists, TV shows, and more, you’ll get a tabbed results page that goes in-depth on your search, offering things like song lyrics, related artists, and broadcast schedules.
For instance, if you type in an artist or group name, like The Avett Brothers, you’ll get a results page with an overview, which lists some of their songs, albums, and upcoming events. Each of those items also gets its own tab, offering even more information. You’ll also get options for listening to these artists in one of your installed music apps.
This feature is currently available only for Android phone and tablet owners, though it should roll out to iOS users soon.
