Along with the launch of HTC One A9, HTC also announced the launch of HTC Desire 828 Dual SIM in New Delhi, India. The Desire 828 was launched earlier this month in China for CNY 1,599 ($250).
The Desire 828 is the first mid-range smartphone to pack in optical image stabilization (OIS) and features HTC’s UltraPixel and UltraSelfie allowing it to click some great pictures. The 5.5-inch Full HD smartphone is powered by the MediaTek MT6753 octa-core processor with 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage, which can be further be expanded up to 2TB using a microSD card.

Surprisingly, the company did not announce the pricing, and neither the availability specifics, although they did hint at a two week timeline. The HTC Desire 828 will be available in two colors — dark gray and pearl white. On paper, the latest addition to the Desire series looks like a pretty good phone and packs a punch in the camera department.
