Verizon has announced the Motorola Droid Turbo 2 and Droid Maxx 2 will be available beginning Thursday, October 29. The phones will be available in all 1,600 Verizon retail stores, as well as online on Verizon’s website.
While Verizon and Motorola didn’t reveal the full price of either phone, both the Turbo 2 and Maxx 2 will be available on installment plans. The Maxx 2 will cost $16 per month, while the existing Droid Turbo will now cost $20. The new Droid Turbo 2 will cost $26 per month for the 32GB model, and $30 for the 64GB model, which also includes the option to send the Turbo 2 back in exchange for a new one with a different design.
The Droid Turbo 2 is also subject to a special offer. For a limited time, you can trade in your current smartphone and get up to $300 off the total price of the Turbo 2. Verizon will even accept phones with cracked screens.
