In an interesting move, Verizon has started selling a version of the LG Lancet with Android on board. What makes this interesting is that the budget-friendly Lancet was first released earlier this year with Windows Phone on board — a transition that you don’t often see.
The LG Lancet for Android stands firmly in budget territory, featuring a 4.5-inch 854 x 480 resolution, a 1.2GHz Snapdragon 410 processor, 8GB of expandable storage, and a 2100mAh battery. Also on board is an 8MP rear camera capable of 1080p recording and a 1MP front-facing camera. LG has also packed in some of its own little tweaks with the Lancet, including Knock On and QuickMemo+.
Verizon is selling the LG Lancet for Android right now at $5 per month for 24 months, or $120 up front. If you’re interested, hit up the link below to check out the LG Lancet for Android at Verizon.
