Google has announced the rollout of Google Play Music and paid Newsstand content to a handful of new countries today. Overall, Newsstand is hitting three new countries, while Google Play Music is only landing in one. From Google:

For those of us unfamiliar with every nation’s flag, Google Play Newsstand is now available in Japan, Malaysia and Thailand, while Music is only landing in Japan. With this expansion, Google Play Newsstand content is now available in a total of 24 countries, while Google Play Music subscriptions are available in a total of 60.
