The Nextbit Robin will debut in India on May 25. The vendor has received regulatory signoff, and Kickstarter backers from the country are getting their hands on the Robin this week.
As a reminder, the Robin offers a 5.2-inch Full HD display, Snapdragon 808 SoC, 3GB of RAM, 32GB internal storage and a “Smart Storage” service that gives you an additional 100GB of cloud storage, 13MP camera with PDAF, 5MP front shooter, LTE, Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, USB Type-C, and a 2680mAh battery with Quick Charge 2.0.
CEO and co-founder Tom Moss will launch the phone in India, along with head of Nextbit’s Indian operations Shankar Parasaram. We’ll know about the pricing of the phone next week, but considering the market, it should be competitive if Nextbit intends to fare well in the country.
