Google just announced the 5.7-inch Nexus 6P smartphone, but it looks like Japan may get a special version of the phone. The Google Store site in that country has a listing for a Nexus 6P Special Edition that comes in a gold color.
Other than that, the specs on this phone don’t appear to be any different than the regular version of the Nexus 6P. The Japan listing does not show a price for the phone, nor is there any word on when it will go on sale, although you can sign up to be placed on a waiting list. There’s also no indication that this gold version will be made available in other parts of the world.
