While smartphones continue to increase in screen dimensions, many consumers still prefer to remain below 5-inches. Alcatel is looking to cater for this group of consumers with the launch of the IDOL 3 4.7, which is essentially the same as the IDOL 3 already available, but without the massive 5.5-inch display.
This IDOL 3 model has a 4.7-inch TFT 720p display, 1.5GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage (with microSD support), LTE connectivity, 1.2GHz quad-core CPU, Lollipop 5.0.2, and a 2,000mAh battery. See our previous hands-on with the IDOL 3 series for more details.
