The Gear S2 is certainly the best smartwatch Samsung has made thus far, not least because it is compatible with other Android handsets for the first time. The Tizen-based smartwatch has a rotating bezel that can be used to navigate the interface, which is lag-free and comes with decent app support. A lot of questions remain, but with the Gear S2 expected shortly, we’re treated to a series of how-to videos showcasing the functionality of the watch.
The videos show off the Gear S2’s navigation, call and messaging features, and how the smartwatch can be connected to a Samsung handset to transfer media and more. While it works with any Android phone running Android 4.4 and above, all features are not expected to work.
