Logan Paul may have ended his daily vlogs, but the YouTuber is joining the growing ranks of online personalities creating and starring in their own documentary series. In a recent vlog, Paul says that he’s “actually filming a documentary about everything that’s happened this year, all the stuff that went down in January, where I was at in my life and kind of the psyche of what actually happened.”

The coy mention of January is a reference to Paul’s widely criticized choice to film a dead body he found in Japan’s Aokigahara forest, colloquially known as the Suicide Forest. The move not only gained him worldwide notoriety, but also pushed YouTube as a platform to amend its site-wide policies. Following an apology tour, Paul released a glossy video dedicated to suicide awareness before returning to vlogging such high-quality content as tasing a dead rat and treating a live koi fish like a toy boat.

The documentary will apparently also touch on his upbringing, he adds, which explains why the video then jumps to Paul visiting his high school wrestling team to offer them life advice. “Kids nowadays need inspiration,” he says. “They need people to look up to, people to motivate them.”

Paul’s year of stunts is far from over; on August 25th, he and younger brother Jake are set to face off in a boxing match against YouTubers KSI and Deji, at Manchester Arena. KSI has his own documentary coming, a feature called Can’t Lose that Sony Pictures Home Entertainment will distribute. The film focuses on KSI’s training in the lead-up to his previous fight with YouTuber Joe Weller. The film will be available worldwide on August 10th.
